Another Apple Orchard visit

It's the annual orchard visit. We chose a new place, a little farther up the track, in a pretty and quiet spot. I liked it a lot. Lowell spent 80% of the time in his stroller gorging on dried apple snacks, but Atticus had a blast.

On the red tractor.

Steady as she goes.

More at home in the cow carriage.

A sandpit made of tyres. Not a typo!!

Instruments of torture disguised as go-carts. (AKA we're out of shape.)

Despite bee-swarms, Lowell manfully finished his bag of dried apple chips.

Lowell did it.

Bucolic pose somewhat spoiled by hi-tops.

Perhaps Atticus's favorite bit. Like a flea, he's a little fella with a good spring.

A rare shot of the paterfamilias.

Some sort of shaggy bull?

Construction has begun. This was a precursor to the move where Atticus dug a shallow trench to encircle a small girl.

Oh, and for the third time we omitted to actually pick any apples. Turns out they employ people to do that already so no need for us to pitch in.

  1. Looks like super fun for Atticus and Lowell - and yes Lisa, those Go-carts do look like hard work !!
